NOTICE
Part-III (Hons./General) students are hereby notified the following important information related to the conduct of Part-III Examination,2020 under Open Book System:
| Admit Card | Students shall download their Admit Card from nbuexams.net from 15 Sept 2020. |
| Distribution of Blank Answer Script and Loose Sheets from the College | 1. Blank answer scripts and loose sheets will be distributed from the College from 21st to 26th Sept. 2020 (Time: 10 am to 3 pm.) 2. The guardian or any authorized person may collect the blank answer scripts and loose sheets on production of original registration card of students. An Honours course student will be issued one blank answer script and two loose sheets for each paper and a General course student will be issued one blank answer script and one loose sheet for each paper. If candidates require extra sheets they may use A4 sized paper. (For example, if a student has to write examination for 4 honours papers, college will issue 4 blank answer scripts and 8 loose sheets) 3. Students who are unable to send the guardian or any authorized person to collect the blank answer scripts from the college may download the first page of blank answer script from nbuexams.net and may use A4 size paper for writing the answers. 4. Students who are living far away from the college may collect the blank answer scripts and loose sheets from the nearest college on production of their original registration card. |
| Question papers | 1. The question paper will be uploaded on daily basis sharp at 5pm in nbuexams.net on the previous day of examination as per examination schedule.( Example: Question paper of 1st October 2020 will be uploaded in nbuexams.net on 30th September 2020 at 5pm) 2. The students are to download the question paper from nbuexams.net by inserting their registration number. 3. The word limit of the answers which shall be mentioned against each question in the question papers should be strictly adhered by the students while writing the answers. |
| Submission of written Answer scripts | 1. Written Answer scripts of each paper will have to be submitted by the guardian or any authorized person in the college within 5 pm on the day of examination following the COVID-19 protocol. Production of Admit Card or original registration card is must for submission of the answer scripts. 2. If any student is unable to submit the hard copy of the written answer scripts through the guardian or any authorized person within 5 pm on the day of examination in the college, the student may send the answer scripts in pdf format by email to ug.part3examination2020@gmail.com. 3. Students who will send their answer scripts in pdf format by email are required to submit the hard copies of answer scripts of all the papers by any authorized person within 24 hours after the completion of entire Examination. |
