Expertise: Expertise on yeast and mold diversity of dried starters of North East India using Culture-Dependent and Culture-Independent Techniques (Molecular tools), as well as phenotypic characterization of yeasts, Fungi and Bacteria, molecular techniques like Genomic DNA isolation, Plasmid DNA isolation, PCR-DGGE, NGS (Next Generation Sequencing), Bioinformatics analysis, ITS-PCR, PEG-PCR Purification, Biolog identification of yeast and molds.
